Pacific Star Excavating was founded in 1995 by Steve Kangas at the age of 29. Balancing long days operating heavy equipment with late nights managing the books, Steve built the company on a strong foundation of quality craftsmanship, reliability, and integrity.
More than 30 years later, PSX remains a family-owned business that has grown steadily through expanded capabilities, a modern equipment fleet, and dedicated service to our clients.
